Teen Mental Health Resources
Teen Mental Health Resources
Play a unique role in your students’ mental health.
The number of teens experiencing depression and anxiety has significantly increased in recent years. There may never be enough mental health clinicians to support every student.
However…
We believe that educators are uniquely positioned to help every student increase their mental health literacy and learn skills to improve their own mental health—helping young people develop stronger relationships now and benefiting them throughout their lives.
